I am so happy to be back home! We are enjoying every moment with our precious baby girl! What a blessing God has placed in our lives! I am in awe that God chose us to be her parents. She is such a doll and has the neatest personality! During the day she is full of smiles and loves to cuddle. Night time is hard. She grieves for her foster mother. We are so thankful she doesn't push us away. She just lays on us and cries. It makes me so sad.

{ meeting Lily }
Our appointment at our adoption agency was at 10:30 this morning. We were so anxious to meet Lily we got there over 30 minutes early! They put us in a waiting room and I about went crazy waiting for her to show up! I kept looking out the window trying to catch a glimpse of her. I saw so many foster mothers coming in carrying babies. I stared at each one, wondering if it was our baby girl! Finally, after what felt like forever, our door opened and there she was!!! She was dressed in pink from head to toe and had her hair in the cutest pigtails.
Happy tears streamed down my face. This was my daughter. The child I had longed and prayed for. She was so perfect and I felt overwhelmed with love for her.

The many years of waiting and longing are over. We are in KOREA and get to meet our baby girl tomorrow!!! Seoul is such an interesting place! We have fallen in love with it. Everything is so different. We want to bring Lily back to visit when she is older.

I love these kids. I love being their momma. They keep me busy and that makes the waiting not seem so bad. Adopting is such a looong process. I think about our baby girl half way around the world many times every single day. I pray that God will work everything out according to His will. I have faith that He will!
