I have been going through my pictures and realized there are so many I forgot to post! Here are the rest of the pictures I took of Lily’s first trip to the beach. You can see more here.
She really enjoys having her back scratched.
She spends a lot of time coloring, cutting, and gluing pieces of paper together.
She is slowly but surely getting faster at eating. Her favorite food is macaroni and cheese. It is about the only thing she will eat good on her own.
She talks non stop! She knows how to say anything she wants, but a lot of the time she says things that don’t make sense. She jumbles new words she has heard, quotes from movies, etc. together.
Sometimes she acts shy and other times she is so friendly to strangers.
She asks the same questions over and over.
If she is told no, her reply is “why not?”
She loves watching people.
When she wants to be held she says, “can I have up?”
She knows her ABC’s.
She calls needles and pins - "pokes."
She loves electronics. She sneaks off with my phone every time I accidently leave it within her reach. The other day when I found her with it she said, “momma, I figured out your phone!” I bet she knows more about it than I do;)
Some mornings she crawls into bed with me and tenderly gives me kisses and pats me on the back.
Yesterday the two of us were playing hide n seek and she said, “momma, where should I hide?!”
She is my little side kick and I don’t know what in the world I ever did without her!
Lily and Clay’s birthdays are only six days apart so Mandy and I thought it would be fun to celebrate them together this year. Lily turned three and Clay four. They were full of smiles and had so much fun even though there was always at least one camera going:)
I love the cherry cupcakes Mandy made!
I enjoyed making these felt paper dolls for Lily’s birthday gift. I am making a carrying case for her to carry them around in and will share more pictures once I finish it.
