I love the funny things Lily comes up with. She brings so much laughter into our home! Here are a few of the things she has said lately that put a smile on my face…
"I’m going to grow out my hair real long and catch somebody in it."
She saw an Asian couple at the store and said, “look there are some Omma guys.” Omma is what she called her foster mom.
"Thank you Kayla. You are a big helper girl."
"We don’t need the heater on because the sun is on."
I asked her what movie she was watching and she said, "How To Drag Your Train." The movie is really called 'How to Train Your Dragon.' It cracks me up how she gets things so mixed up!
I found a chunk of her hair on the floor and when I asked her what happened she told me the light bulb pulled it out.
She didn't want to eat her supper and said, "my mouth is stuck in my throat."
"I’m exhausting!” and I said..."truer words have never been spoken!"
Just had to say...that last photo with the target bag cracked me up! :) So cute!

It is so important to write these things down, you swear you won´t forget some of the great comments they make - but then they do dissappear. She is totally adorable!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely comments!
Kellt,
I have the Nikon D7000 and three Nikon lenses.
50mm 1.4
85mm 1.8
20mm 2.8
I use the 50mm the most. I really love prime lenses and don't even own a zoom lens.

Hi Charla,
I love your photos. What a wonderful family you have! I especially loved the 'Target' backpack for your daughter's dolly. Just adorable!
I also love the dolls you make. They are very sweet and look like they can easily be loved by little ones :)
Thank you for visiting my site Artistmum.wordpress.com. I'm very appreciative of comments and it was so nice of you to leave me one! That was a crazy day and I'm surprised I had any energy to be creative!
Thanks again. I will visit your site often now :)

Lily Grace is my daughter's name too. There must be something about Lily Graces, because often times she'll say something so earnestly but so to-the-wall hilarious that I feel bad about how hard I wind up laughing.
Found your blog when someone posted a little apron on Pinterest and used the main page instead of the posting page (a pet peeve!) but I'm looking forward to perusing to hunt it down. Your blog has a calm, joyful aesthetic!
