Hi Charla,
I wanted to post a comment re: your adoption from Korea. Twenty seven years ago, we, too, adopted a beautiful little baby girl from Korea. The day she arrived was the best day of my entire life. Today, she is an E.R. nurse, and is happily married for two years. No grandchildren yet, but I can hardly wait.

Saw a wonderful picture of your's on Pinterest and saw your link to your blog. Where did you learn to take such beautiful pictures? I have a newborn and hope to capture her growing up as you have with your beautiful family. God bless you and your family this Christmas.

The indoor lighting is lovely. Would you tell us which camera/lenses you use and your lighting tricks?

Thank you ladies for brightening my day!
Stephanie,
I loved hearing your story!
Tricia,
I have always loved photography. My parents bought me a little film camera my senior year and I had a blast taking pictures of all my friends! I didn't learn how to do all the manual stuff until 2004, when my husband surprised me with my first digital camera. I went to the library and checked out every book I could find about photography!

Tacy,
I have the Nikon D7000 and three Nikon lenses.
50mm 1.4
85mm 1.8
35mm 1.8
I only shoot with natural light and I'm lucky we have quite a lot of windows. It is pretty bright and cheery in here during the day:)
