Kayla turned 16 last month!
She is creative, sweet, helpful, responsible, and quiet. She blesses my life daily. I love her more than words can describe.
She loves Jesus, books, the color turquoise, kids, playing her guitar, geography, ice skating, drawing, watching movies, listening to music, ice cream, plaid shirts and colored jeans.
She wants to go on a lot of mission trips and adopt at least two kids.
She’s not excited about driving. She could have gotten her permit a year ago, but she still isn’t interested. I’m fine with that!
We celebrated her special day with cupcakes and confetti. We can’t thank God enough for blessing our lives with this funny, sweet, and creative little lady.

Kayla's birthday was a few weeks ago.
She was happy to have a no chore day and skip school. (I told my kids several years ago I would never make them do chores or go to school on their birthday.)
For her special day she wanted pancakes for breakfast and a momma date.
We ate dinner at one of her favorite restaurants, shopped, watched a movie, and got her favorite ice cream for dessert. I enjoyed our time together so much and I think she did too ;)
