Gorgeous! Such a beautiful idea to take a photo each year. You have such a beautiful family!

Amie Wagner

Celebrating your Lily & the blessing she is to your family! I love how you have marked the occasion each year. It will be 2 years tomorrow that we first saw our sweet Addie Lou's face so we are remembering this special time for our family too.

This is so sweet! :) I love that you are doing this!

What a joy-filled day for your family!!!! Lily is just A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E. and her sweet little smile contagious even from that very first glimpse 3 years ago! Congratulations to your family!!

The fabric book was such a lovely idea. and she is definitely a cutie :)

Love those shots, so emotional and beautiful! She is turning into quite the little lady, isn't she? :)

so very grateful for our sweet little Lily...

Charla, I love how you are taking a photo of her holding a picture of herself every year...so creative. She's a doll.

I just stumbled on your blog! My husband and I are waiting on our baby from Korea right now! We've been waiting 13 months from referral...those pictures are a lifeline. Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures.

I recently just stubbled upon your blog and I love it. I love your photography. I too was adopted from Korea as an infant, and just love reading about family's journeys to do the same. Oddly enough, we're expecting our first little girl and we're planning on naming her Lillia. What a sweet and beautiful girl. Happy Lily Day!

Reading about your adoption makes me smile and brings warmth into my heart. I have to adopted younger brothers, from Colombia. They are very dear to me. Thanks for sharing.

I discovered your blog today through Pinterest. I love all of it, but especially this post. I have a 3 year old son from Korea, and seeing your adoption posts really made me smile!
